Buyout of the 2ch

An article is contributed to the Tokyo Sports today(10/14, Japan Standard Time), a newspaper mainly touching sports and other popular topics. It is the acquisition of the 2ch by the "Livedoor", a recently famous company in pursuit of M&A and IT businesses. The story was formerly referred to in the "Aera", a magazine published by Asahi Newspaper, one of the most famous and popular newspapers in Japan.
The Livedoor effervesces all over the country of Japan now as a protagonist of re-organization of Japanese professional baseball. And Takafumi Horie, the CEO of Livedoor became a man of news these days. His frequent views and riches on TV provoke various reflections from antipathy to yearning. Thus far at least his frank attitude and dress-down attire itch the feeling of establishment in Japan, which was the stumbling block for his participation in the Nippon Professional Baseball Association.
Horie, bought out "Shitaraba", a BBS service managed by Kensu, a friend of Hiroyuki, the owner of the 2ch. Kensu is going to be a clerk of Livedoor next year.
Hiroyuki was worked as a consultant for the Pro-G, the former legal person of Livedoor. The surmise of buyout conveyed in the articles of Aera and Tokyo Sports is based on their relation cultivated at that time and the buyout of "Shitaraba" whose manager is a friend of Hiroyuki.
But this buyout will turn out to be a simple rumor, because the managing circle around Hiroyuki never wishes for such a buyout by Livedoor, because it will evoke the total change of managing staffs, i.e., their loss of position. The managing circle enjoys the succulent profits out of their position, therefore this buyout is out of the question for them(@wSniff
